Bill Gwin Biography
 
William Gwin was a painter. He was the first artist-in-residence at the National Center for Experiments in Television at KQED in San Francisco, and also worked at the Television Laboratory of WNET, Channel 13, in New York. During the summer of 1973, he was again artist-in-residence at the NCET, and had his video work broadcast by KQED and exhibited in museum and theatrical environments in Paris, Mexico City, and Tokyo.
