Phillippe Blanchard Biography

After narrowly missing the cut for the Montreal Expos, Philippe studied film production and screenprinting at Concordia University. He then spent a few years traveling and working in the Middle East and Latin America, then returned to Montréal to make films on perpetual motion machines. He ultimately made his way to Toronto, taking a Visual Effects course at Seneca and starting at Head Gear in 2004. In 2005, Philippe made "Taco Monde", his first foray into the realm of animated films about food. He is currently working on a sequel.
